Privacy Policy

The extension "ezOptima Chrome Extension" is part of the solution "ezOptima" (http://www.ezoptima.com) published by the "Poesi Software" company

• Poesi Software does not collect any personal information to which the extension "ezOptima Chrome Extension " has access.
• This extension is only useful if the "ezOptima" software is installed on the user's workstation. If the solution is not installed, the extension is useless.
• The extension "ezOptima Chrome Extension" collects information to identify performance issues in web applications.
• The collected data is only transmitted to the "ezOptima" program (ezOptimaAgent.exe) installed locally on the workstation which is responsible for analyzing it.

Data collected by "ezOptima Chrome Extension"

The information collected by the "ezOptima Chrome Extension" extension is as follows:

• Current url: retrieving the url from the current tab
• http/s data: details of http/s requests sent by the application
  • URL
  • http headers
  • http status (2xx, 3xx, 4xx, 5xx...)
  • Response time
  • The content of the pages is not collected
  • Page loading time: DOM loading time, Page loading time

Filters positioned in the ezOptima configuration limit the analysis of the data collected to a subset of http/s requests.
For example, with the filter "ezoptima.com", only http/s requests whose url contains the character strings "ezoptima.com" will be analyzed.
If a user is browsing on another website (e.g. viewing their personal emails), ezOptima will not analyze the http/s requests sent.
